Visit the “About Mirage” page at https://kayakvoyagers.com/about-mirage/ to learn more about accommodations on Mirage.
Meals
We will do our best to prepare and serve delicious meals aboard Mirage. We will also do our best to accommodate special diets. Please contact us if you have a special diet request. Sourcing food in Staniel Cay can be a challenge, so we need to know well ahead of time if we are to be successful.
Money
You will not need to spend cash on Mirage unless you decide to buy souvenirs or a meal ashore. The family islands of The Bahamas are a cash economy for the most part, however, there are some places that take credit cards. Don’t count on it though. The Bahamas currency is linked to the value of the US dollar one for one. You can use US dollars, but may receive Bahamian dollars in change. Spend or exchange any Bahamian currency before you leave The Bahamas. It will be very difficult to do so anywhere else.
